Tracy is a certified Hudson Institute coach. In addition, Tracy has 20 years of leadership experience. Her professional background includes executive level positions in telecommunications, banking and high tech startup industries. As an active fundraiser and philanthropist, Tracy has chaired many community events and has risen over $1 million for charity. Tracy graduated with her MBA in 1994 from Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1991 from the University Of Alberta.
